Our company is looking for an Office Assistant who will be responsible for managing the secretarial duties in our office. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional who can undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will feel comfortable working with a high level of attention to detail and discretion and incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.

Office assistant’s responsibility:
Manage incoming calls and other communications
Storage system management
Organize trips by booking accommodation and booking needs as needed
Updating documents, maintaining documents and processing texts
Performing research in the internet and paper fields
Registration of information as needed
Perform the receptionist functions when necessary
Experience as a virtual assistant

Proven experience as a back office assistant, office assistant, virtual assistant or other relevant administrative role
Knowledge of “back-office” IT systems (ERP software)
Operational knowledge of office equipment
In-depth understanding of office management procedures
Excellent organizational skills and time management
Warm personality with strong communication skills
Ability to work well under limited supervision
Analytical skills and attitude to problem-solving
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
