ClubMed Pragelato Resort recently sold
The Pragelato Ski Resort, located in the MilkySki district, in close proximity to the Apls and Turin, has been recently sold to HSBC Assurances Vie, for a price of about €50M. The resort, developed in 2006 in conjunction to the Winter Olympic Games, featured 234 units and 20 chalets, and has been encumbered with a long term lease contract with the Resort operator ClubMed.
