It often happens that the first sales contact made by an\u00a0hotel owner interested in the sale<\/strong>\u00a0is with a\u00a0retail real estate agent<\/strong>, or with agents specialized mainly in the\u00a0residential<\/strong>\u00a0real estate sector.<\/p>\n

Due to the high degree of specialization, the complexity of the sales process, the marketing and digital resources needed, and the time it takes, many\u00a0real estate agents<\/strong>\u00a0give up receiving assignments for\u00a0hotel<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0accommodation properties<\/strong>. Or, once received the assignment, they experience difficulties in executing it.<\/p>\n

Thanks to a diffusion both in the\u00a0main cities<\/strong>\u00a0and in the\u00a0secondary hotel markets<\/strong>, and in the most important\u00a0Italian tourist districts<\/strong>, we have access to dispersed and fragmented information on the territory, allowing an effective and efficient management of the opportunities for the\u00a0sale of hotel properties<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
