Accor e G.&G. Gestione Turismo open the first MGallery in Rome

The agreement of the group Accor with G. & G. Gestione Turismo comes into practice with the opening of the first hotel La Griffe Roma MGallery Collection in Rome. The cooperation with the French group forms part of a wider project that finances also the Acanthus project in Civitavecchia. This one will be Italy’s largest thermal center, with an extension of almost 250 hectares of surface. It is estimated that 120 million euros approximately will be invested for its realization, totally at the expense of private people.

Millennium & Copthorne Hotels to buy a luxury asset in Rome

According to a press release from Millennium & Copthorne Hotels plc , the Group entered in a agreement to purchase the first hotel in Italy. The deal with the Italian Boscolo Hotel S.p.a. foresees the sale of Boscolo Palace Rome, a five star 87 roomed hotel located in the famous Via Veneto Rd. The price communicated is €65.5M and the transaction will be completed in the second quarter of the year.
