The savings management society controlled by Nordest Merchant that forms part of the Banca Popolare di Vicenza group acquired 42% of Orogroup Spa. The main objective is to strengthen the financial structure of the Orovacanze group and then increase the number of hotel structures managed from 18 to the current 24. The new social unity is now ready to finance also the second growth stage, which entails the acquisition of further accommodation structures. Orovacanze group aims at reaching incomes of 100 million euros in the next 5 years.
