The Luxury Private Properties company headed by the Giotti family of Florence has completed a program agreement with Invitalia for the realization of investments in the hotel properties formerly owned by Acqua Marcia, specifically the Hotel Excelsior in Palermo, the Des Etrangers in Syracuse and the construction of a new hotel in Taormina, called Baseion. The total volume of investments amounts to approximately 34 million Euros, of which approximately 14 million will be made available by Invitalia as part of a Program Agreement.
