Châteaux & Hôtels Collection develops 18 new structures, among which four are Italian hotels: the Hotel Milano Scala, the Castello di Carimate, a few kilometers from Como, the Castello di Petrata in Umbria e Casafrassi in Toscana. The brand chaired by Alain Ducasse created an evaluation committee that will be held the next 24th September to evaluate the new applications for membership.
