HVS recently published latest study for hotel transaction volumes in EMEA. According to the advisor, the volume reached the highest level from 2007, and should be a total volume of € 7.0 billion. Compared to the highest level ever, recorded in 2006 with about € 20.0 billion, the volume shows a significant improvement at EMEA level. Main transactions occurred in UK, France and Germany, with sales of a 4 Club Med portfolio in France, the Hotel Concorde Opera Paris and the Hotel Eden in Rome.
